Sa pagkaing Wasto at Tapat, Timbang ni Baby, katapat

Health is important to our body so we need to be healthy. We need to eat Nutritional Food but in balance diet.Otherwise to become a healthy person,we must eat that contains nutrients to built our energy and become strong.In connection of the month of July "Sa Pagkaing tama at sapat, Wastong timbang ni baby ang katapat."We must or parents give a nutritious food to their babies like cereal, milk and food that the needs of it.The baby become strong and healthy, we need to feed them and with care.We can get nutrients in other foods like rice, vegestables. Then, give it to the baby that she/he's like to become heavy and healthy
